• Master Timeline & Production Schedule Creation: We’ll start by build a highly detailed schedule for your wedding day, from hair and makeup to your grand exit, to distribute it to all key vendors later in the planning process.

• Planning Handoff: A detailed meeting 6-8 weeks out to gather every aspect of your vision and the plans you’ve put in place.

• Vendor Communication Takeover: We become the primary point of contact for your entire vendor team, confirming final details and ensuring everyone is aligned.

  Final Logistics Confirmation: We review all your contracts and confirm final details, including rental orders, transportation schedules, and power requirements.

• Ceremony Rehearsal Direction: Expert guidance through your rehearsal to ensure everyone in your wedding party feels confident and prepared.

• On-Site Wedding Day Management: I will be on-site to oversee all setup, manage vendor arrivals, cue all key moments, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuring your day flows effortlessly.
